Sinopec to Increase Gas Supply to Zhejiang by 20 pct

Chinese local arm of the National Development and Reform Commission said in a notice last week that China Petrochemical Corp. (Sinopec Group) will boost natural gas supplies to Zhejiang Province by 20 percent next year.
 
Analysts said that the increase is unlikely to sate booming gas demand in Zhejiang, a wealthy province on China's east coast.
